In the period covered by this article, both legislative and jurisprudential activities have again been quite intense – to a degree that the presentation of case law will have to focus on decisions by the Supreme Court (Federal Court of Justice/ Bundesgerichtshof/ BGH) and the Federal Constitutional Court (Bundesverfassungsgericht/ BVerfG). Also German literature on authors’ rights and neighbouring rights continues to be voluminous.
