1. The period under review saw intense legislative activity in Belgium. Fifteen texts are worthy of attention. For greater clarity, we have divided them into three groups: legislation stemming from the necessary implementation of European directives in Belgian law (I); legislation to implement certain Articles of the Law of 30 June 1994 on authors’ rights (II) and, lastly, other legislation (III).
